Accounts and conduct
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and respect other members. Do not harass, impersonate, publish unlawful content, manipulate rewards or interfere with the service.
AI-assisted learning
Courses, micro-lessons, quizzes and feedback may be AI-generated or AI-assisted and can be incomplete or wrong. Verify important information and do not treat it as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
Certificates
BingAcademy certificates verify the applicable SmartAICert learning completion through a unique ID and public page. They are not a government license, third-party accreditation, degree or guarantee of an exam, job or other outcome.
Class organizers
Bronze and Silver members may learn and share direct referral links to approved classes but may not open a class. Gold members may clone an Admin-approved course template; Platinum members may create an original course. Both class-opening levels require an Admin-issued license key.
Class governance
Member-led classes are private by default. Public catalog placement requires Clara pre-screening and Admin review. Any change to a per-student fee requires Admin approval.
Direct referrals and BACC
Referral attribution is single-level and records only the direct introducer. BACC is a platform learning-point record, not cash, a security, a guaranteed reward or a multi-level commission.
Trials, sample price and future payment
The existing 21-day class includes a seven-day free example. Its former $39 amount is preserved as historical product context only; this public page does not authorize or collect that charge. Future payment, discount and license-key terms require separate published rules.
Content and availability
Platform features and courses may evolve, pause or be removed. Users may not copy, resell or redistribute protected course content except through an expressly authorized class or referral program.
Changes and contact
A legally reviewed version will state its effective date. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. Questions should be sent through the published platform contact channel.
