Information we process
Account details, language preferences, learning progress, daily quiz results, certificate records, class membership, direct-referral attribution, eligible BACC activity, and content or files you choose to submit through Community, messages, Live Chat or Ask Guru.
Class progress visibility
Where a class offers organizer, company or HR progress reporting, learner progress is shown only under the applicable disclosed consent and access-control rules. Learners should be able to understand and manage that consent.
How information is used
To operate accounts, learning, classes, certificate verification, direct referrals, rewards, Community, communications and AI assistance; protect the service; and improve the experience.
Service providers
Identity, hosting, database, object-storage, payment and AI service providers process only the information needed to deliver their part of the service, subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
AI-assisted features
Content deliberately submitted to an AI-assisted feature may be sent to the configured AI provider to produce the requested result. Do not submit government identifiers, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Your choices
Where applicable, you may update profile data, manage class and communication preferences, withdraw optional consent, or request access, correction, export or deletion of eligible account data through the published contact process.
Retention and security
Data is retained for service delivery, certificate verification, dispute handling, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Changes
A legally reviewed version will identify its effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate site or account notice.
